Training
To improve profitability, productivity, and increase booth throughput, Cleveland Spray Booth Specialists offers training to both production and management employees. Classes are taught at the collision center within the Ohio market and include the following management courses. The fee schedule is based upon the size of the facility.

Spray Booth Utilization
This training is designed to get the most out of your spray booth. Starting with the original start up, the course encompasses the proper maintenance schedules for the longevity of the booth, balancing airflow, technical tips, and trouble shooting.

Collision Center Efficiency
This training is designed to check the efficiency of the total body shop on a periodic basis. This can be accomplished through efficiently arranging and equipping the body shop with the proper tools. The class looks at the arrangement and use of equipment and personnel.

Equipment Audit
The audit looks at the use and condition of the tools and equipment in each area. We objectively evaluate the facility equipment and personnel tools beginning at the metal department through the paint department and ending in the detail department.

Facility Layout and Design
CSS provides layout design assistance to collision repair facilities, architects and general contractors.
